How quickly can my services be deployed?

Cloud VPS instances deploy in minutes from our control panel — pick your resources and operating system and the server is built automatically. Dedicated servers and colocation installs are scheduled with our engineers, who handle racking, cabling, OS installs, and network provisioning once your hardware or order is ready.

Can I migrate my existing servers to your data center?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can ship your equipment to us or deliver it in person, and our on-site team takes care of racking, cabling, and bring-up. Our remote hands service can assist with everything from initial installation to ongoing maintenance, so you don't need to be on site to run your infrastructure in our facility.

Do I keep full control of my hardware with colocation?

Accepted Answer

Completely — that's the point of colocation. You own the hardware and control everything on it; we provide the space, redundant power, network, and physical security around it. Out-of-band management is available through private VPN access for IPMI, iDRAC, RDP, and SSH, so you can manage your servers securely from anywhere.
