Colocation deployments include metered 208V power, so you pay for what you actually draw rather than a flat guess. Power feeds are provisioned by our engineers as part of your installation, and larger cabinets and private racks can be tailored to your power requirements — talk to our team about your build.
Bandwidth is billed on the industry-standard 95th-percentile model: your usage is sampled continuously, the top 5% of peaks are discarded, and you're billed on the remaining high-water mark. Yes. The facility is staffed and secured 24/7 with on-site security, CCTV, and controlled-access clearance, and customer visits are coordinated through that access process. Many customers find they rarely need to visit, though — our remote hands team can handle most physical tasks for you.
