Why High Availability?

In the event that the physical computer your VPS is running on fails, our systems detect this and automatically mount your VPS on another available computer, then they automatically point your IP address to the new system and your VPS is brought back online in the exact state it was when the failure occurred.

Secured By Replication

The volumes on each cluster are triple-replicated on three separate disks. Better than a traditional RAID system, the information is distributed on different servers. This ensures the durability of the data in any situation.

Remote Daily Backups

Remote backup services are among the best ways to protect your data from loss or corruption. If a hard drive crashes or you lose critical files and folders, remote backup helps you get it back quickly, no matter what the cause.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is your question not in the FAQ? Contact Us!

How does VPS hosting differ from shared and dedicated hosting?
  • VPS uses a single server and that server is partitioned out into different virtualized server environments. This differs from shared hosting because with shared hosting you have limits on the amount of CPU and memory available, as well as other software restrictions. VPS usually offers baseline resources that you’re guaranteed, plus additional resources available at a moment's notice should your site experience a traffic spike.

How does VPS hosting work?
  • VPS hosting is similar to using virtualized OS software. For example, let’s say you have a MacBook Pro, but you need to use the Windows OS for a certain program to run. Instead of buying a separate Windows PC, you could use software like VirtualBox or VMware. This software will allow you to run a virtualized version of the Windows OS on your Mac machine.

What is the speed of your network?
  • All VPS nodes hosted at our data center are connected through a minimum 10 Gigabit network to the backbone, guaranteeing your access to multiple gigabits of premium Tier-1 bandwidth.

How do I connect to my VPS?
  • All VPS have direct VNC access at the hardware level. This allows you to access the VPS outside of the operating system. Your VPS will also have access through SSH or Remote Desktop depending on the operating system installed on the VPS.

Certificate and HIPAA Attestation
  • Our cloud infrastructure and services adhere to the following security certifications and attestations: ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, 27018, and 27701, SSAE18 Type 2 SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, PCI-DSS, AOC, HIPAA Type 1. Thanks to our adherence to stringent security compliance standards, you can host healthcare data securely.
