Our Story

OneColo’s Remote Hands service is an extension of your own IT team — available 24/7/365.
Our on-site technicians provide physical and technical assistance whenever you need it, from emergency reboots to complex infrastructure changes.

- KVM access and media mounting
- Power cycling and diagnostics
